1-Pentagon was founded on October 15, 2019, by four young professionals in Imus, Cavite, with an initial capital of ₱1,000,000.00, raised through a “paluwagan” system funded by their salaries. The company began by serving its first client—a single manning agency—using a salary deduction or allotment system for payment collection. On December 10, 2020, 1-Pentagon was officially incorporated by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). Following its incorporation, 1PCLC introduced its vision, mission, and core values, establishing a clear roadmap toward achieving its 2030 goals.
